  If you do book a holiday with us, please be assured that in the event that your holiday has to be cancelled due to the ongoing disruption to UK flying caused by volcanic ash, you will be entitled to a full refund or you can accept a replacement holiday of a comparable standard and price at a later date.

  In the event that you are unable to return from holiday on your planned flight, as a tour operator we will of course look after you whilst you remain in resort and we will make alternative travel arrangements as necessary.
