• This draw is not open to employees of TUI, participating carriers, their families or any agency working directly on this promotion
• Entry to the draw is online only
• All entrants and winners must be residents of Britain and over 18 years of age on 1 January 2008
• No correspondence will be entered into
• No purchase is necessary.
• The prize is for 2 adults sharing a twin or double room
• There is only 1 prize available which includes return flights from UK, 7 nights accommodation and transfers from airport to resort.
• The prize must be taken in 2009. Subject to availability and change and excludes school holidays
• The prizes are correct at the time of publication but the promoter reserves the right to alter the prize details if necessary
• The draw closes on 27 November 2008 with the draw taking place on 28 November 2008. The winner will be notified by post after this date.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be given.
