You could qualify for a FREE place with Thomson Lakes & Mountains this year, if you get together a party of at least 8 people. Reductions apply to the holiday price as well as any flight supplement and meals chosen, but not the cost of any optional room supplements, extra facilities or insurance.
• Group reductions only apply to charter flights not scheduled.
• To qualify for these reductions, your group must travel on the same departure date, stay in the same resort, the same hotel and be going for the same length of time. Your group may travel from different departure airports and still qualify for a group reduction.
• Two children who qualify for reduced price holidays as detailed above, may be counted as one full fare paying passenger.
• A group option may be extended while deposits are collected depending upon demand and availability.
• Names should be supplied as least nine weeks before departure or by agreement with the Thomson Groups Department. A name change will incur an amendment fee (see page 227).
• Group reductions are based on final party size travelling.
