Whether your rep is based in your resort. Just a call away. Or in a resort close by, you'll have access to the same great service 24/7. Through the resort pages you'll see a symbol for your rep service.

If you need any help we're just a call away 24/7. You'll find our number alongside our local knowledge in your information pack.

Local area rep

We'll give you a call to say hi once you've settled in to your accommodation. If you need to call us for any reason, you'll find our number alongside all our local knowledge in your information pack. Whether it's to book an excursion or get great tips for your resort. Just call 24/7.

In-resort rep

We'll meet you at the airport. If you need any info we'll be available - starting with a welcome at the beginning of your holiday. There's also lots of tips, activities and excursions in your information pack too. Let us know what you'd like and we can book them.

Text message service

When you book let us know your mobile number so we can text you any important info about your holiday. All for free.

Crystal Walking Escorts

Crystal Walking Escorts are there to help you discover some of the best walks in the area. At least twice a week they can take you on some favourite routes - some more gentle and others more adventurous. They know the area well and can also advise on other walks you may like to go on, making sure you get to take in the best peaks, lakes and mountain restaurant huts.
