Whether strolling along the promenade or wandering around the town admiring its architecture, exploring Montreux is never dull. Montreux boasts a wonderful lakeside walk starting in Villeneuve and going all the way to Vevey. There are walks to and around the vineyards on the sunny slopes of the hills climbing up from Lake Geneva.
