Walking
Plenty of clearly marked hiking and walking trails within the Tatra National Park. For a full day's hike, trek up to the famous rock formation, the 'Sleeping Giant', towering above Zakopane. Strollers
Take a stroll through the town to the funicular station where there are some gentle walks with breathtaking views of the Tatra and Zakopane. A short walk along is the chair lift for a picturesque ride down!
Ramblers
A popular walk for ramblers is from Mt. Gubalowka past the famous smoked cheese farms.
