Our Opinion
· Verona is a beautiful, typically Italian small city with rose pink buildings · The pedestrianised centre around Piazza Bra and Piazza delle Erbe has wonderful shops and there's no shortage of cafés and bars either · There are also lots of restaurants to sample the tasty local cuisine and the many wines of the region.

Getting About
Verona is a compact city and the best way to see it is by foot. The main points of interest, such as the Roman Arena and the Castel Vecchio, are in the centre.
Sightseeing
Verona has many interesting sights to visit, from the famous Roman Arena which still hosts summer opera performances, to the house of Juliet where the famous balcony can be seen. Verona is also an excellent place for shopping with fashionable and stylish boutiques. The city boasts numerours restaurants and cafés in which to sip wines from the region and sample the splendid cuisine al fresco.
