Excursion highlights

Neuschwanstein Castle: Visit the most famous fairytale castle and enter a world of fantasy and German myths. It is said to have influenced Walt Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle and attracts more than 1.3 million visitors each year. After explore the picturesque village of Oberammergau, world famous for hosting the Passion Play. Castle entrance (approx. €12).

Vipiteno and Neustift Abbey: Visit Italy to explore a different culture in the prettiest mountain town. Then immerse yourselves in 900yrs of history & religion (and the wine cellars!) in Europe’s best preserved abbey. Wine tasting (approx. €10). Abbey tour (approx. €6).

Oetztal Glacier & Oetzidorf: A fantastic journey into the magnificent Ötztal valley with plenty of stops along the way. The famous 'gletscherstrasse' from Sölden takes you up to the stunning Rettenbach & Tiefenbach glaciers at 2,700m where you get the chance to set foot on the ice and admire the truly breathtaking views of Austria's highest mountains. In the valley of Umhausen, explore the Ötzi village and discover the life of the 6000 year old Iceman found in the valley. Glacier toll road (approx. €6). Oetzidorf entrance (approx. €7).
