Walking
Choose your route from 150 kilometres of marked walks in and around Fuschl. Grab your boots and set off for the ideal 11.8 kilometre walk around the lake. Stroll along or dip your toes in the crystal clear waters as the path follows the contours of the water’s edge, giving you an uninterrupted and stunning view. Get an idea for the flora and fauna of the area from the nature trail, noted in English and German. For your next outing, try tracing the route of the Ellmau stein, passing the old mill and watch demonstrations of traditional flour-grinding. Or if you fancy more of a hike, follow the route over the 'Mozartblick' (Mozart's view) to St. Gilgen on Lake Wolfgangsee.
