This is the Thomson system to help avoid the difficulty of comparing properties against dramatically different local ratings. Our "T" ratings are based on annual appraisals and the views of our customers when they complete Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires at the end of their holiday. Hotels and apartments rate from “2T” for standard, good value, no frills accommodation to “5T” for those offering excellent comfort and a wide range of facilities. |
